Cedar Creek’s hourly retained recruiting method allows us to be a strategic partner with your organization; an extension of your human resources department.  Our approach includes finding “passive” candidates; those who are not actively seeking employment, but who have the desired skill sets you need.  You are billed for our recruiting team’s time on the assignment with a cap on our fee so you never have to worry about a search “taking too long”.

Additionally, our recruiters are non commission-based, and will ensure that you are shown only the most qualified candidates.
